2005-03-08 - HSM recognized as supplier of the year

This year the European Office Products Awards were presented for the fourth consecutive year at the Paperworld trade fair in Frankfurt. HSM was able to convince the jury of 15 members and, as a result, was put on the "short list". On the evening of 28th January, 2005, the decision was announced:

HSM was voted "Vendor of the Year 2004", the supplier of the year in the category "Revenue up to 50 Million Euro. Hewlett Packard won the matching prize in the category "Revenue Over 50 Million Euro".

The judgment procedure for these internationally prestigious awards was once again carried out by OPI, the office trade journal with a worldwide circulation, with help from selected, renowned industry experts. These experts were selected on the merits of their achievements in the industry and represented a broad selection of sales channels and industry expertise. This ensured the neutrality of the judgment procedure.
Criteria for the award include the successful market launch of new or innovative products, consistent product development or further development, the commitment to working with and supporting customers, or simply being able to surpass the expectations of daily business operations.

The jury's decision was based on the high reliability of the HSM products, HSM's ability to meet deadlines, as well as their positive development of the last few years.
Furthermore, the company's image in the market and the marketing and operations concepts were positively evaluated. The jury confirmed HSM's great commitment to its employees and its high degree of customer orientation. "For HSM this award is confirmation of the successful work over the last few years and is very significant milestone on the road to achieving the marketing goals we have set. It increases the degree of worldwide awareness of our firm and underscores HSM's position as a global distributor", said Stefan Schraff, marketing director of HSM, who accepted the prize in Frankfurt.
