The PBS industry group has now held the 12th contest for the “Product of the Year”. On Saturday 28th January 2012, prizes were awarded at the Paperworld trade fair by Horst-Werner Maier-Hunke, chairman of the PBS industry group, Düsseldorf.

HSM GmbH + Co. KG, an office technology manufacturer from southern Germany, has been continuously expanding its product portfolio over the past year. Not only was the product range of the SECURIO series rounded out, the low-budget series shredstar also grew in the entry-level segment. Under the motto of ‘Genuine HSM’, the company will be introducing its comprehensive product and service range at Paperworld.

The compact entry-level model HSM SECURIO C16, is the latest addition to the HSM family – ideal for use at home or in a small office and not just because of the pleasantly unobtrusive operating noise.

In August, HSM GmbH + Co. KG, the office technology manufacturer from southern Germany became the first producer of document shredders to be awarded the international seal of quality “OFFI Label”, which is used exclusively for office products.

SITA Deutschland GmbH is one of the largest German providers of disposal services, with over 100 facilities and more than 3,000 staff across Germany. This Hochheim-based company has recently been making successful use of the HSM VK 12018 R fully automatic channel baling press with its pressing power of 1,200 kN as well as a frequency-regulated drive and conveyor belt technology.

On 20th September 2010, the Benelux Office Products Award was held for the sixth time now. This year the award was presented in 15 different categories. HSM won the Marketing Campaign category and received the award at the Convenience & Paper Show at Autotron in Rosmalen in the Netherlands.

For the second time now, the leading ITC trade fair was held in the ‘Jahrhunderthalle’ in Bochum, Germany on the 15th April, 2010. The event was organised by the two sister distribution companies, Actebis Peacock and NT plus. HSM has been listed at Actebis Peacock since November 2009 with a range of document shredders, and appeared on this platform for the first time.

From the 27th to the 30th of October 2009 at the Entsorga-Enteco in Cologne, Germany, HSM GmbH + Co. KG of Frickingen, Germany, manufacturers of paper shredders, paper cutters and baling presses, will once again present new and interesting machines from the HSM Environmental Technology product range in Hall 7.1, Stand C60-E65.

To cater for the strongly growing market in France, HSM GmbH + Co. KG, manufacturer of document shredders, baling presses, waste disposal systems and compactors, has set up a subsidiary in Lyon in France on January 1, 2009.
